Is my deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable except for emergency and weather related cases.
When is the rest of my payment due?
Your full payment is due 24 hours before your scheduled adventure unless otherwise discussed. This secures your boat, gas and adventure!
What happens in bad weather?
We got you covered. We work with you to help you reschedule or discuss options if we aren’t able to make it work.
Do kids need to wear a lifejacket the whole time?
Children under 16 must wear a lifejacket at all times.
What is the Cancelation Policy?
You will need to cancel 48 hours or more prior to your adventure.
*Weather-permitting cancellations are an exception.
